Today Brene Brown coined the term ‘collective vulnerability’ and thanked all of us who are working directly and indirectly to help stabilize this crisis and keep America safe and running. I was going to write my own words here to begin what I plan to be regular blog posts offering support and clarity in this time of uncertainty however Brene said it too well (see below). Be safe and I will continue to offer tele-health services until it is safe to do othewise.

“This pandemic experience is a massive experiment in collective vulnerability. We can be our worst selves when we’re afraid, or our very best, bravest selves. In the context of fear and vulnerability, there is often very little in between because when we are uncertain and afraid our default is self-protection. We don’t have to be scary when we’re scared. Let’s choose awkward, brave, and kind. And let’s choose each other.”
