Water Element/Chakra 2Does the phrase “go with the flow” make you want to scream? Do you feel powerless around certain people? Through talk, meditation and a hip- opening practice, find your answers to these questions and others.Learn simple ways to keep yourself in balance. Talk and handout will include: what are the characteristics of a balanced second chakra, anexcessive second chakra, a deficient second chakra and how to move yourself closer to balanced. Journal questions will also be included for you to complete on your own time.

Yoga for Grief and LossExploring the connection between grief, loss and the physical bodyGrief and loss manifest as symptoms that effect our mental, emotional and physical well being. Yoga empowers us to release unresolved pain associated with loss. This class will open with discussion and journaling to deepen self awareness, followed by a slow flow yoga practice to open your heart and create space for healing. we will close with an extended savasana to leave you feeling bright, refreshed and restored.
